1. Select the appropriate template based on your mold
(for flatbed die-cutting machines, the main task is to install the template, which comes in three types: thick, medium, and thin. The thick plate is mainly used for rubber board molds, the medium plate for AB molds, and the thin plate for wood boards and engraved boards).
2. Raise the die base of the die-cutting machine to the height='auto' rea of the space where the mold is to be installed
the so-called die-cutting pressure reduction to the maximum and pressure reduction to the minimum).
3. Clean the upper and lower die seats of the die-cutting machine thoroughly to ensure the worktable is clean, so as to achieve the flatness of the die.
4. Use a right-angle square to vertically stick the mold to the appropriate position on the die-cutting machine board
(depending on the size of the mold and the material flow, it is generally better to center it), and pay attention to the perpendicularity between the mold and the die-cutting machine board. There are many types of adhesive tapes for molds. Some use professional adhesive tapes for molds (removable tapes), while others directly use the double-sided tape scraps from companies.
5. Place one or two layers of die-cut base plates according to the position where the mold is adhered. Hard materials such as bakelite board or PET can be selected as the base plates.
6. Place a sheet of mold adjustment material on the base plate and gradually apply pressure to the die-cutting machine's die base until it just reaches the mold adjustment material
(it is good if there are visible knife marks).
7. Check the pressing condition of the mold adjustment material, then place a sheet of carbon paper under the mold adjustment material for a single press test, and clearly print the pressing condition on the base plate.
8. For areas where the impression is too deep, use a blade to scrape the base plate down until it is parallel to the lower surface. Repeated processes such as trimming, pressurization, and pressure testing are required. When scraping the lines, adjust them in a wide and flat manner. It is strictly forbidden to scrape the formwork in the form of small grooves or uneven height='auto' reas. When adjusting the formwork, use the method of scraping more and padding less. If there is a small position that is relatively low, use single-sided tape to raise it according to the actual situation. At most, 1-2 layers of tape should be padded at one position.
9. After the mold is adjusted, attach a positioning card at a certain position outside the indentation of the base plate mold according to the max-width='100%' width of the material to facilitate the material flow.
10. When everything is ready, load the materials onto the feeding rack and horizontally pull the materials with the positioning card as the reference.
11. First, determine the approximate position, pull in the material-pulling pressure wheel, and then press the material-pulling switch to place the material parallel to the upper die.
12. Before production, a section of release paper or other waste materials is collected to reduce the loss of main materials and thus enter the normal production process.
