1. Turn on the power and inspect the equipment. Before installing the mold, test the machine for a few minutes to ensure proper function. When using a die-cutter or continuous punching machine, the die must be positioned vertically, otherwise the punched product may be short. Remove the die from the machine and place it on the workbench. Tape the die and secure it horizontally to the upper die.
2. After installing the die, tighten the screws on the right or left side and increase the pressure until the gap between the upper and lower die plates is greater than the thickness of the die plus the PC board. Secure the lower die plate to the lower portion of the die with tape on the PC board. Tape a piece of white paper to the untaped side of the PC board, with the PC board at the bottom and the paper in the middle. Place carbon paper on the die, then slowly reduce the pressure. Use the main machine to test the pressure until the entire die is visible on the paper.
3. The mark on the paper is for easy positioning when punching the product. Place the paper under the PC board and use foam to position it correctly. Place the material and perform a test die. Remove any waste material and inspect the product. If any product is broken or has burrs, remove the paper placed under the PC board and apply transparent tape to the corresponding defective area.
If any delamination or overcutting is observed, gently scrape the defective area on the PC board with a blade. After the product is tested, set the material stand and other parameters, and have the first die-cut product confirmed by quality control. Only after this confirmation can the die-cutting machine be resumed.

Maintenance:
First, operators must ensure dust prevention and cleanliness. In actual production, die-cutting carton boxes generates a large amount of waste paper and paper lint. If not carefully monitored, these can enter the chain drive, die-cutting platform, and rotating parts, potentially blocking the photoelectric detection head and causing malfunctions. Therefore, cleaning the die-cutter body is paramount to ensure trouble-free operation.

Second, change the die-cutter's oil. The main movement of the die-cutting machine is that the main motor drives the slide bar and pulley, and then drives four pairs of elbow links to move. It can reach 6,000 sheets per hour when working at high speed. It will be very troublesome without good lubrication and cooling.
